I'm new to rolling my own cigarettes. What do I need to get started?
You can go one of two ways: injection machine or hand rolling machine. For the injection method you will need an injection machine and tubes (these come with filters for you).
For hand rolling you will need rolling papers and a hand roller.
And, of course, you need tobacco.
How much tobacco do I need?
Two ounces of tobacco will make 25 - 30 cigarettes depending on how full you pack them.

What will be the closest in taste to what I smoke now?
Taste is subjective. Our RYO tobaccos have less chemicals and additives in them than most commercially made cigarettes, so the taste will be slightly different. You could start with Additive Free, our top seller, and based on how much you like that we can recommend some other tobaccos to you. Or you could try several of our two ounce bags and see if there is one you like best.
Some people even buy several two ounce bags and mix them together to create their own special blend. The options are almost limitless.
What is the difference between the different kinds of tubes?
My personal opinion is that they are pretty much the same with a few exceptions: Premier offers a menthol tube. Maiker tubes are 100mm and you need special injector machine to make 100's.
How do I keep my tobacco fresh?
You should store your tobacco in an airtight container. Try to keep it in a place that stays cool - like a closet or cupboard.
Can I keep my tobacco in the refrigerator?
You can. But you shouldn't. Modern refrigeration draws moisture out of tobacco.
