Policies
We are available 10am - 9pm Monday through Friday. If you have any questions or concerns please email Jan at jan@cascadecigar.com or call at 1-800-593-4123. Most correspondence is answered the same day (although we tend to lag a bit on the weekends). We pride ourselves on our customer service and strive to improve it daily.
Orders usually ship within twenty-four hours. However, due to the demand for some items, shipping time may be delayed. If this happens we will notify you via email.
Splash page and age verification charge for first time customers:
*We are committed to keeping tobacco out of the hands of minors. It protects them and us.
*You are responsible for paying your state's tobacco taxes. We require photo ID for all tobacco purchases.
International Orders:
*International orders are accepted on a case by case basis. We have shipped to Canada, England, Malaysia, France, and Japan with no problems.
*The costs of shipping internationally are higher than you will see at checkout. As much as $75 for shipping, depending where you live. We will email you your shipping costs once we have found the best method of shipping your order. Also - overnight deliveries are generally not possible.
*If your package is intercepted by customs, we will offer a refund (minus shipping and handling charges) after the package has been returned to us. If the package is not returned to us we cannot offer a refund.
Cigars, Availability, and Shipping:
*The high demand for certain cigars prevents us from guaranteeing shipment - but we will to great lengths to at least try to obtain your cigars for you.
*Cigars are a hand made product and they can be rolled too tight or too loose or a little of both. We accept that. Should you discover your box of cigars is unsmokable, please return them for a replacement. Simply contact us, tell us what the problem is and we will do our best to resolve it. (if there is a problem with your order, you will not be charged a restocking fee)
*If you have smoked more than three cigars out of the box we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.
Pipes, Availability, and Shipping:
* The availability of certain pipes is dependent upon the quantity and quality of the briar that are available. You will be notified within twenty-four hours as to the availability of your pipe.
*Pipes are not returnable.
Other Return Policy Information:
*We stand behind our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find any defects in the merchandise, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
*We will return the product to the manufacturer for their evaluation. However, we must defer to the manufacturer to determine if the product is defective. Should the manufacturer determine the product is, in fact, defective it will be replaced. Should the manufacturer determine that the product has been abused and is not defective then we cannot replace it or give a refund.
*We cannot credit your account until we receive the package in our store. Once we receive the package, we will credit your card as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping charges.
Minimum order is $10.00 (excluding shipping and handling). Prices are subject to change without notice, especially on special order items. If there is a price change, we will ALWAYS contact you to confirm the price change before we ship your order.
We are opposed to minors obtaining and using tobacco products.
