Shipping

When will my order ship?

Officially your order will ship within 14 days.  But in most cases your order will ship within two days.  If there are any delays we will notify you via email.

How will my order ship?

At this time we ship all orders via USPS.  If you are a first time customer you must prove that you are over 21 by sending us a clear and readable copy of your driver's license. 

Will I be notified when my order ships?

We will notify you via email when your package ships.

What will my package look like?

All orders are shipped in brown boxes with a return address that reads "C.C.T., Inc."

Billing

When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.

How long will it take to credit my card if I don't like what I ordered?

We cannot credit your card until receive the package in our store.  Once we receive the package, we will credit your card as soon as possible.  There are two exceptions: if the merchandise is damaged or if it is a speical order, we will not offer a refund.  Also, we do not refund shipping charges.

I don't have a credit card - can I still buy from you?

Yes!  Just send us a money order (sorry, no checks).   Once we receive it, we will send out your package. If you have any questions, please email me at jan@cascadecigar.com
